Grakhovsky District

Grakhovsky District (Russian: Гра́ховский райо́н; Udmurt: Грах ёрос, Grah joros) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-five in the Udmurt Republic, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the republic. The area of the district is 967.7 square kilometers (373.6 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Grakhovo. Population: 9,354(2010 Census); 10,879 (2002 Census); 11,699(1989 Census). The population of Grakhovo accounts for 34.7% of the district's total population.
