Golden Verses

The Golden Verses (Greek: ἔπη χρυσᾶ or χρύσεα ἔπη, Chrysea Epē [kʰrýsea épɛː]; Latin: Aurea Carmina) are a collection of moral exhortations comprising 71 lines written in dactylic hexameter. They are traditionally attributed to the Pythagorean philosophers.
