Goat roti
Goat roti (/ˈroʊti/ ROH-tee) is a wrap roti (a wrap-style sandwich) filled with curry goat and other ingredients. It originates in the Trinidad and Tobago cuisine and is also popular in other Caribbean countries such as Guyana or Jamaica.
