Gmina Chrząstowice
Gmina Chrząstowice, German: Gemeinde Chronstau is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Chrząstowice, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.
