Gerald Fitzmaurice
Sir Gerald Gray Fitzmaurice GCMG QC (24 October 1901 – 7 September 1982) was an English barrister and judge. He was a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration between 1964 and 1973 and a Judge of the International Court of Justice between 1960 and 1973, before becoming a Judge of the European Court of Human Rights at Strasbourg in 1974.
