George C. S. Benson

George Charles Sumner Benson (January 16, 1908, New York City – March 22, 1999, Claremont, California) was an American academic and administrator. He was the founding president of Claremont McKenna College.

Not to be confused with George S. Benson, who served as president of Harding College.
