Geoffrey Cooke (cricketer)

Geoffrey Charles Sidney Bancroft Cooke (8 September 1897 – 4 December 1980) was an English first-class cricketer and British Army officer. Initially serving in the First World War with the Royal Garrison Artillery, he later attended the University of Cambridge following the conclusion of the war. After completing his studies, he served in the Royal Artillery from 19221948, serving in the Second World War. He also played first-class cricket for the British Army cricket team.
