Gennady Khodyrev
Gennady Maksimovich Khodyrev (Russian: Геннадий Максимович Ходырев; born 23 September 1942) is a Soviet and Russian statesman, former Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and the Minister for Antimonopoly Policy.
