Gennady Igumnov
Gennady Vyacheslavovich Igumnov (Russian: Геннадий Вячеславович Игумнов; 27 October 1936 – 20 May 2021), was a Russian politician who had served as the 2nd Governor of Perm Oblast from 1996 to 2000.
