Gel-e Sefid Rural District

Gel-e Sefid Rural District (Persian: دهستان گل سفيد) is in the Central District of Langarud County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Gel-e Sefid.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,347 in 1,753 households. There were 2,776 inhabitants in 1,028 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,341 in 954 households. The most populous of its four villages was Darya Kenar, with 830 people.
