Gedaliah

Gedaliah (/ɡɛdəˈlaɪ.ə/ or /ɡɪˈdɑːliə/; גְּדַלְיָּה‎ Gəḏalyyā) was a biblical character who was reportedly a governor of Yehud province. He was according to the Bible also the son of Ahikam, who saved prophet Jeremiah.
