Fred Tilley
Fred Tilley is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2021 Nova Scotia general election. He represents the riding of Northside-Westmount as a member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party.

Prior to becoming an MLA, Tilley worked in the retail, construction, fishing, harvesting, and post-secondary education industries. Tilley served as Principal of NSCC's Marconi Campus from 2013 to 2021 and Academic Chair from 2001 to 2013. Tilley attended St. Francis Xavier University and Mount Saint Vincent University. Tilley currently serves as Liberal caucus chair and finance critic.
