Frank W. Burke
Frank Welsh Burke (June 1, 1920 – June 29, 2007) was an American politician who served as a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky from 1959 to 1963 and as Mayor of Louisville, Kentucky from 1969 to 1973.
