Frank Hemingway was a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. He played at club level for Featherstone Rovers (Heritage № 134), and Wakefield Trinity (World War II guest) (Heritage № 495), as a prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.
