Frank Bowater

Major Sir Frank Henry Bowater, 1st Baronet, TD, CStJ (3 April 1866 – 10 November 1947) was Lord Mayor of London from 1938 to 1939, son of William Vansittart Bowater and his wife Eliza Jane née Davey.
