Framer

A framer is a word employed in many different senses. It can be someone who in constructional work connotes the union of pieces of wood, metal or other material. It can be the person who encloses an art work, picture or mirror in a frame. It can be the craftsperson who assembles a traditional country chair from its component parts. It can also be used for the framing of a formal text such as a constitution.
