Firuz Kola-ye Sofla (Persian: فيروزكلاسفلي), also Romanized as Fīrūz Kolā-ye Soflá; also known as Fīrūz Kolā-ye Pā’īn, is a village in Tavabe-ye Kojur Rural District of Kojur District, Nowshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 283 in 84 households. The following census in 2011 counted 237 people in 75 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 447 people in 153 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
