Ferdows, Jiroft

Ferdows (Persian: فردوس) is a village in, and the capital of, Ferdows Rural District of Esfandaqeh District, Jiroft County, Kerman province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 592 in 161 households, when it was in Esfandaqeh Rural District of the Central District). The following census in 2011 counted 830 people in 231 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 881 people in 262 households.

In 2017, the rural district was separated from the district, elevated to the status of a district, and divided into two rural districts: Esfandaqeh and Ferdows Rural Districts.
