Fenoldopam mesylate (Corlopam) is a drug and synthetic benzazepine derivative which acts as a selective D₁ receptor partial agonist. Fenoldopam is used as an antihypertensive agent. It was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in September 1997.
