Federal Executive Institute

The Federal Executive Institute (FEI) is an executive and management development and training center for governmental leaders located on a 14-acre (57,000 m²) campus near downtown Charlottesville, Virginia, less than a mile from the University of Virginia.

FEI offers values-based leadership development opportunities through an "interagency residential learning experience" which emphasizes "personal growth as well as professional growth." Programs are designed specifically for public sector senior management.
