Fazelabad, Golestan
Fazelabad (Persian: فاضل آباد, also Romanized as Fāẕelābād; formerly, Feyzabad (Persian: فِيز آباد), also Romanized as Feyzābād) is a city in Kamalan District of Aliabad County, Golestan province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Estarabad Rural District. The people of Fazelabad speak a dialect of Mazanderani language called Katoli.
