Fatezhsky District
Fatezhsky District (Russian: Фате́жский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-eight in Kursk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,281 square kilometers (495 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Fatezh. Population: 16,771 (2021 Census); 18,885 (2010 Census); 23,194 (2002 Census); 29,745 (1989 Census). The population of Fatezh accounts for 28.0% of the district's total population.
