Fahraj Rural District (Fahraj County)

Fahraj Rural District (Persian: دهستان فهرج) is in the Central District of Fahraj County, Kerman province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Fahraj.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Fahraj District of Bam County) was 7,872 in 1,757 households. There were 12,782 inhabitants in 3,445 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Fahraj County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 13,779 in 3,711 households. The largest of its 56 villages was Borj-e Moaz, with 3,095 people.
