Eugene Chien

Eugene You-hsin Chien (Chinese: 簡又新; pinyin: Jiǎn Yòuxīn; Wade–Giles: Chiěn Yòu-hsīn; born 4 February 1946) is a Taiwanese politician and diplomat. He served as Foreign Minister of the Republic of China from 2002 to 2004.
