Eugénie Fougère (demimondaine)
Eugénie Fougère (Chambon-sur-Voueize, March 17, 1861 - Aix-les-Bains, September 20, 1903) was a French frequenter of the demi-monde. She was notorious for her luxurious jewelry and costumes.
