Estarabad-e Jonubi Rural District
Estarabad-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان استرآباد جنوبي) is in the Central District of Gorgan County, Golestan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Jelin (formerly the village of Jelin-e Olya).
