Ernest Beaux

Ernest Beaux (French pronunciation: [ɛʁnɛst bo]; 7 December [O.S. 25 November] 1881 – 9 June 1961) was a Russian-born French perfumer who is best known for creating Chanel No. 5, which is perhaps the world's most famous perfume.
