Eraly Togjanov
Eraly Luqpanuly Togjanov (Kazakh: Ералы Лұқпанұлы Тоғжанов, romanized: Eraly Lūqpanūly Toğjanov; born 13 May 1963) is a Kazakh politician, he was the akim of Aktobe Region from August 2022 to September 2023
