Enoch Edgar Hume
Enoch Edgar Hume (March 24, 1844 – July 5, 1911) was an American physician and politician who served as mayor of Frankfort, Kentucky from 1905 to 1906. He also served as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1875 to 1877.
