Emamzadeh Qasem, Mazandaran

Emamzadeh Qasem (Persian: امامزاده قاسم), also Romanized as Emāmzādeh Qāsem, is a village in, and the capital of, Do Hezar Rural District, Kuhestan District, Tonekabon County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 114 in 39 households, when it was in Khorramabad District. The following census in 2011 counted 273 people in 94 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 179 people in 62 households.

In 2019, Do Hezar Rural District and Seh Hezar Rural District were separated from Khorramabad District in the establishment of Kuhestan District, which was divided into three rural districts, including the new Miyandaman Rural District.
