The communities of Eilendorf and Nirm (both contained within the district of Eilendorf) share a border with the other Aachen boroughs of Brand, Aachen-Mitte (Rothe Erde), and Haaren (with the town of Verlautenheide), as well as Atsch in Stolberg.
