Egbert Ludovicus Viele
Egbert Ludovicus Viele (/ˈviːli/) (June 17, 1825 – April 22, 1902) was a civil engineer and United States Representative from New York from 1885 to 1887, as well as an officer in the Union army during the American Civil War.
