Edward Jackamonis

Edward George Jackamonis Jr. (October 19, 1939  January 22, 2006) was an American educator and Democratic politician from Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was the 69th speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly (19771983), and served a total of 12 years in the Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 98th Assembly district from 1971 to 1983. He subsequently served as executive director of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority from 1983 to 1988.
