Eduard de Stoeckl
Eduard Guillaume Andreevich Stoeckl (Russian: Эдуард Андреевич Стекль) (1804 – 26 January 1892) was a Russian diplomat best known today for having negotiated the American purchase of Alaska on behalf of the Russian government.
