Eduard Nalbandyan
Eduard Aghvani Nalbandian (Armenian: Էդվարդ Աղվանի Նալբանդյան; born July 16, 1956) is an Armenian former diplomat who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia from April 2008 to May 2018. He is currently a professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
