Edgardo Codesal
Edgardo Codesal Méndez (Spanish pronunciation: [eðˈɣaɾðo koˈðesal]; born 2 June 1951 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a Uruguayan-Mexican football referee, who led the 1990 World Cup final held in Italy.
