Dutch Safety Board
The Dutch Safety Board (DSB; Dutch: Onderzoeksraad voor Veiligheid, OVV, literally "Investigation Council for Safety") is the official body that investigates a wide variety of safety matters in the Netherlands. It is based in The Hague.
