Dinas, officially the Municipality of Dinas (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Dinas; Subanen: Benwa Dinas; Maguindanaon: Inged nu Dinas, Jawi: ايڠد نو دينس; Chavacano: Municipalidad de Dinas; Tagalog: Bayan ng Dinas), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 36,291 people.
