Diarmuid O'Scannlain
Diarmuid Fionntain O'Scannlain (/ˈdɪərmɪd oʊˈskænlən/ DEER-mid oh-SKAN-lən; born March 28, 1937) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His chambers are located in Portland, Oregon.
