Dhimitër Beratti
Dhimitër Beratti or Berati (15 October 1886[a] – 8 September 1970) was an Albanian politician and journalist. One of the signatories of the Albanian Declaration of Independence Beratti served as secretary of the Albanian delegation at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919.
