Dezej (Persian: دزج; also known as Dīzej) is a village in Hamgin Rural District of the Central District of Dehaqan County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,568 in 347 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,822 people in 468 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,773 people in 500 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
