Derek Brown (politician)

Derek Edwin Brown (born May 26, 1971) is an American politician who served as a member of the Utah House of Representatives from his election in 2010, until his departure in 2014. He represented House District 49, which constitutes the Sandy and Cottonwood Heights areas. Brown left the legislature in January 2014, when he was selected by US Senator Mike Lee to be his deputy chief of staff.
