Dennis Francis (diplomat)
Dennis Francis (born 27 November 1956) is a diplomat from Trinidad and Tobago who has served as his country's permanent representative to the United Nations in New York since 2021. On 1 June 2023 he was elected to serve as President of the United Nations General Assembly at its seventy-eighth session, beginning his term on 5 September 2023.
