De Wayne Stebbins

De Wayne Stebbins (April 5, 1835  June 12, 1901) was an American newspaper publisher, banker, politician, and Wisconsin pioneer. He was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate for the last seven years of his life, representing the northeast corner of the state. He also served one term in the State Assembly. During the American Civil War, he served as a Union Navy officer.
