David James Moore (born January 15, 1995) is an American football wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at East Central University and was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He has also previously played in the NFL for the Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
