David Duggan (American football)
David Duggan (born July 16, 1963) is an American football coach and former player who is currently the defensive coordinator at Kent State. Prior to Kent State he was the director of recruiting at Troy University. Duggan served as the head coach for the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europe from 2006 to 2007, where he compiled a record of 10–9.
