Dastgerd, Qom

Dastgerd (Persian: دستگرد), also Romanized as Dastgird and Dastjerd, is a village in, and the capital of, Fordo Rural District of Fordo District, Kahak County, Qom province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 211 in 69 households, when it was in the former Nofel Loshato District of Qom County. The following census in 2011 counted 174 people in 63 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 269 people in 90 households.

After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Kahak County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Kahak as its capital and only city.
