Danilovsky District, Yaroslavl Oblast
Danilovsky District (Russian: Дани́ловский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the seventeen in Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,230 square kilometers (860 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Danilov. Population: 26,072 (2010 Census); 29,594 (2002 Census); 34,327 (1989 Census). The population of Danilov accounts for 60.8% of the district's total population.
