Dallas B. Phemister
Dallas Burton Phemister (/ˈfɛmɪstər/; July 15, 1882 – December 28, 1951) was an American surgeon and researcher who gave his name to several medical terms. During his career, he was the president of the American Surgical Association and the American College of Surgeons, and was a member of the editorial board of the journal Annals of Surgery.
