Council of State (Portugal)
The Council of State (Portuguese: Conselho de Estado, IPA: [kõˈsɐʎu ðɨ ɨʃˈtaðu]) is a body established by the Portuguese Constitution to advise the President of the Republic in the exercise of many of his or her discretionary powers.
